Boni Khalwale Demands President Kenyatta To Be Punished First Before DP Ruto

Date:

Former Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale is demanding that President Kenyatta be the first person to be punished before DP Ruto.

According to Khalwale, President Kenyatta should be punished first since he was the first one to defect from Jubilee and therefore it will not  be right to punish DP Ruto.

Speaking in an interview on Thursday November 4 at Citizen TV,  Khalwale said that Ruto had an agreement with Jubilee but the party failed to honor that by clearly stating that they were supporting Orange Democratic Movement Party.

“The Kieleweke side has been very clear. They have all defected to ODM, but the problem is that ODM does not have a pre-election coalition with Jubilee. If you must punish people for moving, then punish the Kieleweke side of Jubilee and not the Tangatanga side,” Khalwale said.

He claimed that Ruto has been labeled a bad person but in reality, the president is the bad one while urging him to respect the coalition.

“What is worse is the president himself. If there is anyone to be sanctioned between Uhuru and Ruto, then it is the president. Why you can’t push them out of parliament is because the party they have moved to is the party that had a coalition with Jubilee,” he remarked.

He however said they are not worried about  Raphael Tuju’s remarks on kicking Ruto out of the party since Jubilee is already dead.

“The bottom line, however, is that Jubilee is dead, completely dead, and people should spare us the noise,” Khalwale stated.

He noted that the coalition between UDA and Jubilee is the reason as to why they have not quit the government completely.

“We respect the law and we will wait for six months to the general elections, then resign from our positions and officially defect,” he stated.
