Uhuru’s Cousin Leads Elders To DP Ruto’s Karen Home

Date:

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s cousin Kung’u Muigai led a group of elders to Deputy President William Ruto’s official residence in Karen on Tuesday.

Among the 25 elders who visited the DP was the Building Bridges Initiative steering committee member Major John Seii.

“Met the leader of the National Council of Elders headed by its patron Captain Kung’u Muigai, chairman Phares Rutere and the Nationhood Sector Principal Administrative Secretary Michael Ndung’u, Karen, Nairobi County.

“Elders must take the lead to preach unity and end ethnicity in our country. They must mentor the youth to be responsible leaders, moderate our politics to be less confrontational but more issue-based & encourage the establishment of national rather than tribal political parties.
