Miguna Miguna claims Raila Odinga’s engineering degree is fake, he visited University of Leipzig in Germany just to prove it.
The controversial lawyer landed in Germany and he visited Raila’s alma mater University of Leipzig to validate his academic credentials.
Miguna has shifted his focus to the ODM leader ahead of his much anticipated homecoming, he wants to prove the engineering degree he got from the German university is fake.

The exiled lawyer is resuscitating an old debate about Raila’s engineering degree, in 2017 section of Kenyans pitched camp on social media under the hashtag #railacertificates to push the former premier to give evidence of his academic qualifications.
KOT also mounted a similar campaign on President Uhuru Kenyatta, forcing his alma mater, Amherst College in Massachusetts, to confirm that he did indeed graduate in 1985.
Raila graduated in 1970 from the University of Leipzig in Germany with a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree.

Miguna and other critics have been running a smear campaign to discredit Raila’s academic qualification in hope that Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will disqualify him from the presidential race.
Miguna’s claim comes only weeks after news about politicians with fake academic qualifications dominated headlines.
Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi was exposed for forging KCSE and diploma certificates sparking a heated debate across the country.
Anti-corruption court was on October 26th told that Sudi did not sit the 2006 KCSE exams as earlier alleged.
Sudi forged the documents to circumvent IEBC requirements on academic qualifications, he is not qualified to be a lawmaker without KCSE certificate.
