Lawyer Ahmednasir To Auction Kenha Vehicles Over Damaged Windscreen

Date:

Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi revealed that he had sent auctioneers to claim three motor vehicles belonging to the Kenya National Highway Authority.

The flamboyant lawyer’s move comes after the authority failed to honor the court’s decree for compensation following the damage of his vehicles.

The senior counsel said he was on a trip on the Nairobi-Namaga road in August 2018 but on his way back, employees of Kehna who were repairing the road broke the windscreen of his vehicle.

On Tuesday the lawyer said the Sh730,000 that will be derived from the sale of the vehicles will be used to settle the compensation.

The vehicles to be auctioned include Toyota Prado KBW 919E and KCP 535K and a Pick-up with registration number KCT 764Y.
