Former President Uhuru Kenyatta and President William Ruto have met today. Kenyans who are very keen, noticed that the two were looking energetic and presidential, friendly like they were in their first term.
President Evariste Ndayishimiye of Burundi attended the opening of the third Inter-Congolese Consultations of the Nairobi Peace Process, where President William Ruto and previous Head of State Uhuru Kenyatta met.
The EAC-Led Nairobi Process is being facilitated by H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta.
President Ruto has praised his brother Uhuru Kenyatta saying, “I salute your credentials as you champion peace in our region.”
After visiting Goma and hearing about the agony that people have endured there for so long. According to Mr. Kenyatta, he’s more certain than ever that more effort should be put forth to bring peace and security to the Eastern DRC.
