Tension In Kenya Kwanza As GSU Is Deployed At Raila’s Karen Home Before Heading To Bomas

Date:

The general service unit (GSU) officers have been increased at Raila Odinga’s Karen home before leaving for the Bomas of Kenya.

In a tensed environment with neither Kenya Kwanza nor Azimio supporters knowing the one who will be announced, the presence of the GSU at the home of the former prime minister has sent more panic in the hearts of William Ruto supporters.

However, our reporters were not allowed to access the home of Raila Odinga as the GSU were very reluctant to allow even journalists to get inside.

For the last 24 hours, both Ruto and Raila’s supporters have expressed confidence that they will emerge victorious after conducting their own private tallying. Interestingly, both camos have claimed that they have won in round one after meeting the constitutional threshold of 50 plus one.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) through a statement revealed that they will officially declare the winner of the presidential contest at exactly 3PM, implying that all the presidential candidates should have arrived by 3.30PM.

In the meantime, the Roots party presidential candidate George Luchiri Wajackoyah and the Agano party candidate already made their way to the Bomas of Kenya.
