Ruto Ni Mtu Anapiga Tu Watu Ngeta Kama Mwizi- Charity Ngilu

Date:

Kitui governor Charity Kaluki Ngilu has taken another significant swipe at her bitter rival deputy president William Samoei Ruto.

While speaking in Homabay county, Charity Ngilu told the residents that William Ruto had been involved in kupiga watu ngeta since 1982. In swahili, kupiga watu ngeta means stealing by force.

Charity Ngilu had attended the launch of Homabay gubernatorial ambition by Hon Gladys Wanga where she urged Kenyans to vote for the opposition leader Raila Odinga.

According to Ngilu, William Ruto is only lying to Kenyans and does not mean well for the country. She said that the deputy president has never participated in any meaningful reforms in the country ranging from the 2005 referendum and the 2010 constitution which he vehemently opposed.

The Kitui governor also took a swipe at William Ruto’s bottom up economic model and described it as one of the most useless and insensible things under the earth. She argued that bottom up is not very clear and offers zero direction to Kenyans.

On her side, Gladys wanga urged the Homabay residents to vote for her so that she gives the county the new face it needs to thrive.

Amongst the things she promised to do include developing hospitals, building small companies, creating jobs for the youths, enhancing security, distributing NHIF cards to the people amongst others.

At the same time, Charity Ngilu took a swipe at former Nairobi governor Evans Odhiambo Kidero and warned residents from voting him since he made Nairobi residents experience hell on earth.

Charity Ngilu has never had a soft spot for deputy president William Ruto and has on several castigated the second in command.

Just recently, she told former vice president and wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka that he may see the presidency in Viusasa if he joins the deputy president or if he joins Ruto.

According to Charity Ngilu, there is a faction of leaders from the Wiper party who are misleading Mr. Musyoka to go it alone not to emerge victorious but for them to win their respective seats.

“My dear brother Kalonzo Musyoka , those lying to you that you can become President if you go it alone in 2022 are doing so for their own political expediency. They will use you na watapata viti na wewe utabaki kwa mataa. They don’t have your best interests at heart.” Said Charity Ngilu.

A number of Wiper leaders close to the former vice president in the Mwai Kibaki government have always maintained that he must go all the way to the ballot box.
