Date:

A mathematics teacher in one of the secondary schools in Navakholo’s Kakamega county was forced to take off on his feet after he was caught hands down with a young form four girl.

According to a report by the DCI, Enoch Osero escaped into darkness through a window at the back of his house, soon after his fellow teachers and the school watchman stormed his house at 3am yesterday morning.

Apparently, the 19 year old girl had gone missing for two weeks after she was sent home to bring the school fees. However, the female student never reached home since the greedy Osero decided to sneak her into his house and make her his wife for two weeks.

He is said to have promised private remedial tuition to the candidate set to sit the forthcoming national examinations, to cover for the missed classes.

However, fellow teachers got wind of Osero’s escapades and stormed his house in the devil’s hour, forcing him to take flight through the window. The teachers who were chanting war cries baying for their colleague’s blood accused him of bringing the name of the noble teaching profession into disrepute.

Following the incident, the board of management held an urgent meeting in the morning in a bid to decide the fate of the Kakamega teacher who was yet to become a permanent employee in the institution.

In the meantime, the young girl has so far been rushed to the Navakholo medical hospital in a bid to undergo necessary tests.
