Churchill Show Comedian Akuku Danger Still Stuck In Nairobi West Hospital After Being Discharged

Comedian Akuku Danger was finally discharged from Nairobi West Hospital after being hospitalized for a number of weeks.

The comedian however can not leave the hospital until he clears a pending bill of Kshs2 million.

According to actress Sandra Dacha, Akuku Danger was discharged from the facility on Monday January 24 after recovering from his ailment.

““We can now walk and dance, hallelujah! Akuku Danger has officially been discharged today, Monday 24th, but can’t be released until we clear pending hospital bill of Sh2M. We ask 10,000 well-wishers donating 200 bob each. Paybill: 891300. Account name – Akuku,” actress Sandra Dacha shared on her Instagram account.

In a separate post, Dacha said that they would hold a fundraiser at the Kenya National Theater on Thursday to help Akuku get home.

“LET’S GET AKUKU DANGER HOME‼️‼️ Pending hospital bill of 2M. We shall have a fundraiser on Thursday, the 27th, at the Kenya National Theatre at 5pm. Come one come all. Tell a friend to tell a friend. Mchanga Paybill: 891300 Account No. AKUKU,” she said.

The comedian was born with sickle cell anemia and the condition has seen him in and out of hospital.

Speaking to his fans for the first time since he was hospitalized, Akuku thanked them for supporting him and urged them to keep praying for him.

“Thanks to everyone for your love, support and prayers. For those who have been showing love, those who have been contributing, those who are still contributing from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you so much and we are almost there. Keep praying for me and I really appreciate you all,” he said.
