Churchil show Comedian Akuku Danger’s health is improving each day after spending several weeks admitted at the Nairobi West hospital.
Akuku was admitted in ICU late last month in a very serious condition after experiencing some organ failure.
The comedian was born with sickle cell anemia and the condition has seen him in and out of hospital.
After spending a number of days in the Intensive Care Unit, Akuku was moved to the High Dependency Unit but currently the comedian is in a general ward, which indicates that he is doing very well on his journey to recovery.
Akuku, who is supposed to be discharged on Saturday, spoke to his fans for the first time since being taken ill.
In a video captioned, “Kindly help us take @itsakukudanger home please. He is to be discharged tomorrow. Paybill-891300. “Thanks to everyone for your love, support and prayers. For those who have been showing love, those who have been contributing, those who are still contributing from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you so much and we are almost there. Keep praying for me and I really appreciate you all,” he said.
