More than eight cars were burnt beyond recognition following a trailer explosion at Mutarakwa near Mai Mahiu.
According to eyewitnesses, the trailer burst into flames along the Nairobi Mai mahiu highway near Limuru with several vehicles being involved. However, no fatalities have been reported.
However, the cause of the accident which happened in the wee hours of Sunday morning is yet to be established.
