“Remember Me In Prayers” Akothee Calls Upon Fans As She Gets Hospitalized Once Again

Musician and entrepreneur Esther Akoth popularly known as Akothee is seriously sick and was once again hospitalized.

Through a social media post, the Lotto hitmaker said that she was hospitalized on Saturday and could not describe what was ailing her this time.

“I can’t describe what is eating me up , but it keeps doing it’s thing at the worst moment of time . We have been here since Saturday and this is our Jamhuri celebration. Today I can lift my head,” she wrote on Instagram.

On Wednesday December 15, Akothee asked her fans to pray for her since her situation was getting worse.

“Remember me in prayers ,I can’t even lift my head it’s getting worse. God above All,” she shared on Twitter.

Following the new development, her fans including celebrities wished her a quick recovery.

“Get well my dear friend you’ll be up and running soonest Insha’Allah. Be strong,” Redsan told her.

“We wish you a quick recovery Akothee…Much love from Tanzania!! Get well soon sweetheart!” Linder’s comment read.

And Yvone Darcq said, “My sweet #goddess Madam Boss , God is protecting you, no illness/ weakness no weapons formed against you shall prosper, you are already healed  queen, in JESUS name!”

Akothee’s illness comes a few weeks after she was admitted at the Premier Hospital located in Nyali, Mombasa county with a pinched nerve.

The condition caused numbness in her left arm leading to her hospitalization on Sunday November 14.

As a result of the illness, the singer gained weight because of spending sleepless nights.

“Do not meet me and start telling me how fat I am, I am having a health condition, I am swollen due to struggling with sleepless nights of pain. I am afraid to go to bed for I wake up with numbness on my fingers, this situation is scary for me,” Akothee said.
