Raila Odinga’s inner circle consists of Hassan Joho, Junet Mohammed and a few others. The ODM leader almost cried while narrating how the Mombasa governor is so loyal to him.
Raila got emotional while he was speaking in Mombasa on Sunday December 19th where he hosted a delegation of Coastal elders to talk about issues affecting the people from the region
The ODM took his time to deliver his speech, he called Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho to join him at the podium as he started to talk about their friendship and loyalty.
Raila almost shed tears where he was describing Joho as a person who has been very loyal to him, emphasizing that he has never betrayed him in any aspect of politics.
The former Prime Minister said that he brought in Joho as a young person and from the many years that they have been together there is nothing that has ever gone astray in between the two.
He however asked the people of coastal region to allow him to use Joho at the national level going forward so that he can help him get presidential votes, as well as give him a higher position when he forms the next government in 2022.
