Politicians blocking Mike Sonko from helping Baby Sagini

Date:

Mike Sonko claimed that despite his best efforts, he has been unsuccessful in getting access to the kid.

According to Mike Sonko, corrupt politicians believe he wants to assist for public relations and political gain.

After being found tortured and with his eyes gouged out in a maize farm, Baby Sagini attracted widespread attention.

Mike Mbuvi Sonko, a former governor of Nairobi, now claims that certain powers are preventing him from assisting Baby Sagini,

“Bad politics is being played around by some dirty-minded politicians who think I’m in this case for PR and political mileage purposes,” Sonko says via Twitter.

“We wanted the baby’s review report to be emailed to China so that we can start the process of flying him there for artificial eye implants,” he said.

Sonko claimed that due to the “dirty games being played,” Baby Sagini missed two crucial sessions with Dr. Kishor at the Westlands Laser Eye Hospital last week.

The former governor posted a video of clothing and shoes that he said were meant for Baby Sagini and his sister for Christmas.

“Merry Christmas to Baby Sagini and his seven-year-old sister Shantel. I’m sending their small Christmas gifts through a good Samaritan who is also helping on the ground, Esnahs Nyaramba,” says Sonko.
