Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi was forced to delete an opinion poll that he had initiated seeking to establish the presidential aspirant that is likely to win elections between Raila Odinga and William Ruto before the voting came to an end.
Sudi had put up the poll but ended up deleting it. A viral screenshot taken 3 hours and a few minutes before the poll was concluded indicated that Raila was ahead with 57% while Ruto was at 43%. 54,547 people had participated in the polls before it was pulled down.

The polls have left Azimio-OKA supporters in celebrations and here is how some have reacted.
“OSCAR SUDI to appeal Twitter Poll at the Supreme Court after Raila took an early lead in his own poll,” read a tweet.
Oscar Sudi has deleted the Opinion poll which showed him bad things Where do we go from here? Kimeumana Baba anatafuta 60%,” read another tweet.
“Statement from Oscar Sudi. “The deep state and system colluded with Safaricom to deny William Ruto’s supporters internet bundles to vote on the twitter poll.’ ” while another netizen joked, “Oscar Sudi currently engaging in an heated argument with Faruk Kibet at Karen after the former failed to delete a Twitter poll where Ruto was losing to Raila with a huge margin.
Some Kenya Kwanza supporters however defended Sudi’s move to delete the tweet arguing that most of DP Ruto’s supporters are not on Twitter, and that is why the poll turned out the way it did.
“This tweet by Sudi ought to be deleted Because many Ruto supporters are not on twitter. Hustlers, mama Boga na watu wa bottom hawako Twitter. Deleting the tweet was wise because Azimio Ama Piano artists are all over the street wakipiga firimbi na polls za ufala,” the supporter commented.
