Kenyan artist Nyota Ndogo has confirmed that she is back together with her husband after a separation that lasted for months.
According to reports, Nyota Ndogo reunited with her husband Henning Nielsen on Tuesday evening September 28.
Nyota Ndogo took to her social media pages to confirm that indeed Nielsen had returned to her.
“Sabuni ya moyo wangu. Karibu nyumbani,” the watu na viatu hit maker posted on her Facebook page accompanying her post with a video of the couple in a car with Nielsen leaning on Nyota’s shoulder.
Her post elicited mixed reactions with some of her fans feeling happy about the reunion.
“Unawatatiza wanaomvizia huyu sabuni wa moyoreeeeeeeee,” a follower commented on her post.
About two weeks ago, Nyota Ndogo said that her husband had shown signs of coming back to her.
According to the singer, her husband started talking to her after being silent since April this year.
She went on to say that Nielsen had been mad at her but kept on sending her money for upkeep.
In the September 15 post, she said that her husband started talking to her after coming across her photos with another man, P Day, while they were shooting a music video.
Nyota said that her husband told her she cannot move on since they had not divorced.
It is alleged that Nielsen cut communication with Nyota after she played a Fool’s Day prank on him.
In a social media post, Nyota Ndogo revealed that she lied to her husband that she was pregnant on April 1, 2021.
“Yani nilimwambia nipo na mimba akakata simu toka tarehe moja mpaka Leo. Amenibluetik mpaka mwisho nimekula block. April fools imenikosti. Naenda maliza mwezi sijaskia sauti yake,” she said.
Earlier this year Nyota Ndogo said that they had ruled out any possibility of having a child after five years of marriage.
