Nyinyi Watu Wa Tarumbeta Na Firimbi Mnanipigia Kelele- Angry Ruto Fumes At Noisy Kipipiri Residents

Date:

Deputy president William Samoei Ruto was on Friday forced to calm down rowdy residents of Kipipiri constituency in Ndarua county.

While addressing them, some rogue locals interfered with Ruto’s speech by blowing tarumbetas and whistles but the second in command could not stomach the sharp noise.

As a result, the deputy president not only told them off but also urged them to keep those instruments far away.

“Nyinyi watu wa tarumbeta na firimbi mnapiga kelele kwendeni huko. Wekeni izo tarumbeta na firimbi chini kwanza.” Said Ruto.

At the same time, Ruto blamed the government for making the lives of Kenyans tough and urged Kipipiri residents to elect him so that he changes the lives of Kenyans once and for all. According to him, the failures witnessed in the last 10 years of the Jubilee government squarely lies at the doorstep of president Uhuru and opposition chief Raila Odinga.

As a result, he vowed to issue billions of money to small scale traders after being elected in August since the government had terribly failed in their promises.

On the other hand, William Ruto distanced himself from the failures and sieved the successes of the Jubilee regime. He said that he has built several kilometers of roads in Kipipiri, built many colleges in the area, enhanced electricity in the region amongst other things.

The second in command also reminded the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader that he had never voted for president Uhuru Kenyatta hence he did not have any justification to support Raila and abandon him who supported him all the way from 2013.

With regards to the church, Ruto and allies told the president to stop talking about corruption in the church since there was nothing wrong. The leaders maintained that by Uhuru condemning illicit money in the church, it amounted to disrespect towards these men of God.

They were referring to president Uhuru’s sentiments where he castigated the church leaders to stop accepting corruption money from political leaders.

“Some of church leaders have been compromised by huge donations donated by corrupt leaders, I want to say that you should know that it is wrong to lie through the bible and you are heading to Jahannam,” said president Uhuru.

“The money you are receiving is the same money that was to build dams in Elgeyo Marakwet so that God’s children can get water,” added the president in sustained attack towards his deputy Ruto.
