Mother-In-Law Actor Is Appealing For Financial Help To Settle Late Mum’s Hospital Bill

Actor Andrew Muthure, famous for his role as Mustafa in the popular local drama, Mother-in-law, which airs on Citizen TV, is appealing for financial assistance.

Mustafa is calling upon Kenyans to help in settling a hospital bill of Kshs915,000 following the demise of his mother, Margaret Nduta Wairia.

Initially, the medical bill was standing at Kshs1.5 million but the family and friends managed to pay some of the amount.

“We however need your help now more than ever, To settle the hospital bill. We’ve come some ways with insurance, and contributions from friends and family but there’s quite a way to go before we lay her to rest on Friday 14th January 2022. If you find it within your heart and capability we’d appreciate your help in this. No amount is too small,” Mustapha shared on his Instagram account.

His mother passed on recently however, the actor did not reveal the illness that led to her death. She will be buried in Ndakaini, Murang’a county.

“As of today morning, the bill had gone down from KSh 1.5 million to KSh 915,000, that is why I am requesting everyone to offer whatever help they can. No amount is too small,” he said in an interview.

Well-wishers have been advised to channel their contributions towards Mpesa paybill number 7712323 with the contributor’s name as the account name.

While announcing the death of his mother, Mustafa said that she had gone to the best hands.

“The Queen General has rested. I fare the well mom. I know you’re in the best hands. But I sure miss your soul,” the actor said.
