Kibaki’s Family loosens Stance, Welcomes 2 People Claiming to be his Children

The late President Mwai Kibaki’s family is now seeking out of court settlement with two individuals claiming to the the deceased children.

The late former President’s family expressed their willingness to enter into a dialogue with the two individuals claiming to his firstborn son and daughter.

According to Kibaki’s family the dialogue would help reduce the court battles and drama.

The two claimants are a woman, codenamed JNL, and a man, Jacob Ocholla Mwai.

Ocholla who is 63 wants Kibaki’s body exhumed for a DNA test.

He attached a report affirming that he had facial structures as Kibaki.

Ocholla even attended various media interviews to explaining his close ties with the Kibaki.

The other one is a woman code named JNL who claimed that she was born in the UK in 1961. She argued that the deceased met her mother in UK.

She said that she interacted with Kibaki’s children since 1968 and schooled with some of them.

According to reports, the two individuals want a share of multimillion estate left by Kibaki.

Only his three children were listed as administrators of his wealth according to his will.

The court will however determine on the next course of action after Kibaki’s family request for a dialogue.
