Janet Mbugua Cleverly Defends Husband After He Thoroughly Beat Women

Date:

Veteran TV presenter Janet Mbugua finally came out from her hiding to weigh in on the drama which involved her ex husband and his twin brother.

Instead of shooting straight to the ex husband and twin brother for assaulting women, Janet Mbugua chose to go behind the bush to blame all men that engage in gender based violence.

This is what the Tv beauty wrote: “I am sadden by increasing incidents of Gender-Based Violence. Over the last decade, I have joined my voice to efforts to #EndGBV. I condemn all forms of GBV irrespective of who is involved and will continue to speak out against it. We have laws in Kenya and justice must prevail.”

However, Kenyans were quick to blame Janet Mbugua for being too general instead of being specific on her former lover. As a result, most Kenyans on Tweeter felt that she was just being defensive and that is why she could not condemn the two twins directly.

Others also claimed that Janet Mbugua was playing safe in a bid to save her fallen marriage with the hope of reuniting.

“Stop lecturing us on gender based violence blindly without pointing out the specific case of your former husband and twin brother who beat woman less than 24 hours ago. Or maybe he was beating you too and you fear condemning him even when separated? ”

“Why cant you name your husband ma’am….this hypocrisy should stop.”

“Go straight to the point. Stop meandering.”

“Madam moshene nyingi ni ya nini, just go straight to the point ama umesahu number ya bwanako.”

Janet Mbugua’s estranged husband Eddie Ndichu and his twin brother Paul Ndichu caused havoc at Emara Hotel Ole Sereni after they beat up women.

The two brothers attacked one lady and when other woman came to her help they also turned their anger at her.

The drama at Ole Sereni was first reported by blogger Edgar Obare after a man who witnessed the whole incident shared clips.
According to on the man who sent Obare videos of the incident, drama ensued after Eddie Ndichu hit on his girlfriend and when she turned him down he became violent.
So angry was Eddie Ndichu that he boldly broke a car’s side mirror before walking back to the hotel lobby to help his twin who was still fighting the women.
