The doors of Home of Glory Joy Ministries church are not open to those people who are broke.
According to Pastor and comedian Paul Kuria popularly known as Man Kush, people who do not have money are not welcomed to Home of Glory Joy Ministries because he has bills to pay.
“Because I have rented, I tell people not to come without money we have to pay the owner. We pay for the seats we sit on, we pay the workers and I also want to eat. If you do not have money, just go to another church where you will be given prophecies,” the pastor said.
He went on to say that people should not expect to get spouses in places of worship the way other churches prophecy.
“You can’t find a husband in church. If you want one, dress properly and go to where they are. You can’t find a wife there either. Go there, pray and praise the lord, give offerings, leave, blessings will find you wherever you are,” he said
Man Kush also said that he does not take his jokes and comedy to church. When in church he is a totally different person.
Home of Glory Joy Ministries church is however located near a bar and in the same building with a lodging but he says that does not affect his work.
“It is because it is not my building and they don’t affect me because all those things are not done in my church. I am on my business,” Man Kush said.
