Health Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) Mercy Mwangangi did not waste a chance to express her inner heart after she got an opportunity to address the Luos in Migori.
In a light moment, Mercy Mwangangi on Thursday while addressing a gathering in the presence of Raila Odinga asked for a husband from the great county of Migori.
Mercy Mwangangi had accompanied the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga to Migori county during the launch of the KMTC Awendo campus.
“Nikija hapa na Baba, ameniahidi kuwa naeza pata bwana huku kwenu. Nipatieni bwana,” said Dr. Mwangangi amidst cheers from the excited crowd.
The opposition leader was on his way to Migori county to ask for votes and preach his Azimio La Umoja slogan to the locals when he made a stop at the campus.
The health CAS noted that the launch of the institution was a great milestone in the area since it would positively impact the lives of area youths.
With regards to the Covid-19 pandemic, Mercy Mwangangi urged netizens to be cautious by enrolling for vaccinations in a bid to fight the virus.
“Corona is still a threat and it is important that we continue wearing our masks and social distance. The vaccine is also important. We need to avail ourselves at medical centres to get the jabs,” she said.
