“I am Not Married And Not Worried,” Gospel Singer Mbuvi Explains Why He Is Not Married

Date:

Award winning contemporary and gospel artist, comedian and TV presenter  Victor Mbuvi is yet to marry but is awaiting for God’s time.

The Kwata Kawaya hitmaker said that he is content with his life and that he is not worried about being single.

“I am not married and not worried. At every stage of life, the Bible says God keeps you there for reason and as long as you are content and you have God, you are okay. The other part of you will open up in God’s good time,” Mbuvi said in an interview.

According to him, he is interested in girls but the time to settle down with one has not reached yet.

“That doesn’t mean, I don’t have interest in girls, we don’t go for kahawas, we do but that time ndio haijafika. Marriage time is not about the dispensation of age as most people expect, but amazing things happen at different times for different people. I am just living my life. Content with God. Maybe God still thinks my ministry is okay without a wife,” he said.

Mbuvi said that he is currently not searching for a wife because he feels there is no need for that right now.

“In life we all search for different things. That is why now, I can still go and sing in a wedding since I have not felt the need to search for a wife,” Mbuvi said.

Speaking about heartbreaks, Mbuvi said that they were not worth carrying in one’s heart and would prevent one from serving people.

‘If you face a heartbreak and you keep carrying it, then you will be unable to minister to people. You have to seek those heartbreaks, and stop passing stress to people you are serving.”

The artist has been in the music industry since 2000 his first song to ever hit was titled Nisamehe.
