Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, has come forward to say that his office has enough evidence to charge Omar Lali with the murder of Tecra Muigai who was the daughter of Keroche Breweries’ billionaire founders.
“We have enough evidence to prove that it was murder,” George Kinoti said speaking in an interview recently.
Omar Lali is yet to be charged with Tecra Muigai’s death who allegedly fell down the stairs and suffered trauma on the left side of her head according to an autopsy that revealed the same.
Allegedly, the families of Tecra Muigai and Omar Lali couldn’t agree on the cause of death of Tecra with Mugai’s family insisting that the death was caused intensionally.
Omar Lali still insists to this day that the events that led to the sudden passing of Tecra Muigai was accidental and he had nothing to do with it.
On the other hand, the family of Tecra Muigai insists that Omar Lali had a hand in their daughter’s death.
Tecra Muigai’s family has hired a renowned lawyer, James Orengo, to represent them in court.
