Power couple Lulu Hassan and Rashid Abdalla recently discussed ‘slay queen’ wives who value their looks over the health of their family and it was quite an interesting debate.
Lulu said some wives are really good at doing their makeup and looking like pretty young things the whole day but often forget to hold up their family and do a few chores around the house by the end of the day.
In a lovely video shared on Instagram, Lulu was heard asking her better half Rashid to say something about his wife and disclose if she too was a lazy bone who could not lift a finger around the house.
“I wish you guys saw her when she is at home. I think one day I should show you how she is away from work and you will know the kind of wife I have,” Rashid said. But the man in love had nothing but nice things to say about Lulu.
To him, guys just saw her as a powerful lady who graces their screen every evening but to the father of three, the Swahili presenter is a woman who can multitask.
When she is home, she switches to a homemaker who caters to her family’s needs and focuses on her duties as a wife. Lulu and Rashid have a beautiful balance that includes keeping it professional once they step in the studio.
But outside work, Rashid tries his best to describe his spouse as the best mum and wife any man can get. The lovestruck man often writes down how fortunate he is to be loved by a lady like Lulu.
