Gospel singer Ringtone Apoko has claimed that Education is not everything as some celebrities who are learned are struggling with life.
This is after Citizen digital published an article that listed possibly the most educated entertainers in the country.
Among them included Nameless, Wahu, Ndovu Kuu, Nadia Mukami,Savara Kamene Goro among others who hold degrees from various institutions in the country.
Among those listed, Ringtone said that some of them have big degrees but are broke and that their education does not give them money.
“Nameless, Savara, Ndovu, Nadia are the most learned musicians in Kenya with big degrees but @citizentvkenya refused to tell us that they are all broke and struggling. Their Education is actually not bringing money,” Ringtone said on Instagram.
He went ahead and mentioned some artists that were doing very well in life despite having dropped out from school
“@akotheekenya, a school dropout, is living large. Am not in their league. Education is not everything but discipline, hard work, sacrifice and fearing God,” the artiste further said, adding that he is the richest musician in East Africa.

Ringtone is not new to controversies and most of the time he has been on the neck of fellow artists. Some claim that he is trying to keep himself relevant in the industry by doing so.
Apart from claiming that he is the richest artist in East Africa, he says that he is the most handsome musician and proclaimed himself the chairman of gospel music in the country.
