Drama As Salasya Forces MCA He Assaulted To Apologize Over Principal Eviction Incident

Date:

Drama was witnessed at St. Gabriel Isongo secondary school, in Mumias East, when MP Peter Salasya forced the Area MCA to apologize over the shameful eviction of the school’s principal.

During a meeting with stakeholders and students, Salasya demanded the MCA to apologize saying that he was doing things behind his back.

The Area MCA is the one that Salasya assaulted recently at an event.

“Those people didn’t come here by accident. I want the Area MCA who is here to come and apologize to the nation right now, also for being part and parcel of whatever happened. I want you to come here apologize to the nation because you did this things without my knowledge. I am the leader in this constituency so come and apologize,” the youthful MP said.

The MCA was however not willing to give into his demands.

“Come and apologize or tufunge mkutano,” Salasya said and shortly announced the end of the meeting after one of the school’s leaders whispered something in his ears.

The students were however not willing to leave forcing him to make them go back to their classes.

In a post on Facebook, Salasya further said that he was already done dealing with the students and the MCA, and he is now looking forward to meeting with TSC and KUPPET to resolve the matter.

“I know I will be meeting with CEO Nancy Macharia of Teachers Service Commission Kenya and Kuppet teachers Kenya to officially apologize on behalf of the school , but before I will make sure all who participated must apologize and brought to book . I finished with students and area MCA who incited them and brought goons in school to chase the principal .

“Am happy after I closed the meeting they went to class and the silly MCA was not allowed to address them in the school. I will not tolerate their nonsense anymore mwanafunzi will remain to be mwanafunzi .Too much freedom to a student is dangerous,” Salasya wrote.

TSC transferred all 17 teachers from the institution on Thursday, leaving the school with only teachers who have been employed by the board of management.

Parents have since lamented about the move saying that it was only a small mistake for TSC to punish them like that.
