Dj Joe Mfalme: Inside Scuffle That Led to Death of Police Officer

DJ Joe Mfalme is among the suspects arrested in connection with an assault case that led to the death of a police officer.

According to reports, Dj Joe Mfalme whose real name is Joseph Mwenda alongside his bouncer, photographer and driver have been taken into custody for allegedly assaulting Kabete Police Station Deputy DCIO Felix Kelian on the 16th of March, 2024.

Kelian would later complain of abdominal pain and other injuries sustained during the incident and was admitted at Nairobi West Hospital where he died on Friday, 22, while undergoing treatment. His body was moved to Umash Funeral Home pending autopsy.

The incident allegedly happened after the officer was involved in a “non-injury traffic accident” on the said date at around 4am within Kikuyu market.

Three police officers have also been arrested in connection to the incident that led to the death of the Deputy DCIO.

Reports allege that the deceased scratched DJ Joe Mfalme’s car outside the club prompting a reaction from the DJ and his team.
