A female pastor on Friday caused panic in William Ruto’s event after referring to his Kenya Kwanza coalition as Kenya Kwisha (End Of Kenya).
Well, it has now emerged that the female pastor is called pastor Jane Wairimu of African Initiated Church (AIC) based in Murang’a county.
Specifically, Jane Wairimu is in charge of the AIC church in the busy town of Maragua.
The deputy president had hosted a group of women at the Nyayo stadium where he was set to sign a Charter with the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) women.
All was well until the woman of God took to the podium to pray and it is in that process when she termed Kenya Kwanza Kenya Kwisha.
While others believed that it was a slip of the tongue, there are those who opined that the woman was led by the holy spirit to use those unkind words to refer to Ruto’s coalition.
“We want to come into agreement with the Kenya Kwisha, I mean Kenyan Kwanza women that every handwriting has been erased,” the pastor prayed.
For those who dont understand, Kenya Kwisha is a Swahili name meaning the “end of Kenya”.
On their side, Kenyans had the following to say after the pastor referred to Kenya Kwanza as Kenya Kwisha:
“There is nothing like slip of the tongue, God confirmed through the pastor that it’s, “Kenya kwisha” and no Kenyan should waste their vote on them. Deceitful people parading themselves as Angels. Bure kabisa!”
