Jubilee Vice-chairman, David Murathe has shared his sentiments about Deputy President William Ruto unofficially “leaving” the ruling party, Jubilee.
The ever vocal politician who isn’t afraid to speak his mind out publicly has reacted after William Ruto went on ahead and launched his own party, Jubilee Asili and with it, Jubilee Asili Center.
The fierce and serial critic of the Deputy President, William Ruto through on Facebook on Friday said that Ruto’s move to part ways with the ruling party was somewhat manna from heaven.
“For a very long time, Uhuru’s Jubilee Party agenda has been attacked by a political leprosy by the name jubilee Asili. But, after massive fumigations, we have successfully separated and our focus now is delivery of services and ensuring we unite this country,” wrote Murathe on his Facebook page.
David Murathe went on to say that, “We are therefore urging patriots to refrain from contracting this disease.”
The Deputy President, William Ruto launched the Jubilee Asili Center on Thursday hosting about 20 members of parliament who were kicked out of key roles in parliament.
The Jubilee Asili Center is located in Nairobi’s Kilimani area.
The move was actioned by the DP after his allies were denied access to the Jubilee Party headquarters in Pangani.
