Controversial radio presenter, Andrew Kibe was caught on camera harassing police officers who were enforcing a curfew.
The video which has gone viral on social media shows Kiss FM presenter confronting three police officers who were making an effort to arrest him.
Speaking to an online publication, Kibe said the incident happened at a car wash in Hurlingham where he was together with his friends
“The police wanted to arrest us without informing us of the reason and that’s why I snapped,” Kibe told the publication.
The Kiss 100 presenter said the police officers he was confronting were from Kilimani Police Station but they were booked at Kileleshwa Police Station.
The presenter said he together with his accomplices were later free after paying Ksh 10,000 to the officers.

Kenyans.co.ke reported that Kibe and his friends were not assaulted by the officers hence their altercation did not get physical.
The video of Kibe confronting the officers was recorded by a witness at the nearby scene. In the video, a police officer is seen raising his batons at the presenter who seemed unmoved.
“You can’t just arrest people as you wish, tell us what we are accused of? We were talking with him nicely,” Kibe sais as he pointed at one of the officers standing next to him.
“You have poked you nose into our conversation, just step back,” Kibe told another police officer.
One of the officers who seemed offended pointed Kibe with his baton, a move that sparked Kibe’s outrage.
