Gatundu South member of parliament Moses Kuria is on a mission to get rich quickly through his recently launched Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) party.
A frustrated lady by the name Mercy Mathai has given a blow by blow account of how broke Moses Kuria is going to the extent of forcing moneyed aspirants to fund his CCK party.
On Wednesday, she disclosed how the Gatundu south member of parliament asked her to withdraw from vying in Kiambu town and fund him in exchange for a job in the county if he wins the Kiambu gubernatorial seat.
As a result, the woman called upon the relevant bodies to investigate Moses Kuria’s conducts since they not only contravene the constitution but also the political parties act.
She went ahead to reveal the dirty tactics Moses Kuria used by calling her severally and sending her text messages demanding that she pay an extra amount of cash for getting a direct ticket.
“What honorable Moses kuria did contravenes so many provisions under the constitution and under the political parties act. I want to invite the relevant bodies to carry out an investigation as to the manner in which these processes are being conducted in parties. As recently as this morning I got so many phone calls from my colleagues at Chama cha Kazi.” Said the woman.
“They are now telling me that regardless of whether you have been handpicked as the person nominated you will still be required to pay an additional fees for you to even be given that certificate. Soon you will hear from them I cannot speak for them.” She added.
On their side, Kenyans had the following to say after Moses Kuria was exposed of conmanship by Mercy Mathai:
