Activist Boniface Mwangi is said to have caused chaos at the Nairobi West hospital where he had taken his sick wife.
The activist, who was intoxicated, reportedly got into an altercation with the staff and ended up destroying hospital equipment such as computers.
According to a video clip of his altercation, it seems that he was agitated about the hospital bills. He is heard saying that, “Are you going to press charges and tell the court that someone came here without money….”
In the end, Mwangi is heard saying that he is not afraid of anyone, guns, the staff and he finally tells them to keep his wife as walked away.
Other sources however indicate that his wife was treated and discharged while the activist remained behind to cause chaos. The sources further reveal that he was arrested and will be charged.

Many have concluded that Mwangi is frustrated with some linking the Frustration to Azimio since he is a supporter of the coalition and Martha Karua happens to be his lawyer.
“Somebody jokingly told me the biggest loser in Azimio is neither Raila Odinga nor Martha Karua but Boniface Mwangi. And it Seems he was right after all, the people’s watchman has graduated from activism to now causing chaos in hospitals,” a twitter user said.
Mwangi is yet to address the issue.
