Black Woman That Contributed Significantly To Biden’s Win In Georgia

Joe Biden’s win’s in the state of Georgia can be traced to many democratic stakeholders who fought to ensure that there was no voter suppression.

A black woman by the name Stacey Abrams saw many residents of Georgia turn out to cast their votes. In the recently concluded, this state recorded almost 5 million voters, which is almost 1 million more than those who voted 4 years ago.

As at Tuesday morning, Biden had defeated President Donald Trump by over 12,000 votes. This victory was attributed to Stacey Abrams who was also the former minority leader in Georgia.

 

Stacey was also an activist and she was at the forefront in ensuring that many voters registered in the state of Georgia. This state has never recorded a democratic presidential win for the last 30 years. Notably, Democratic President Mr. Clinton was the last one to win against the republican candidate.
