Gatundu South member of parliament Moses Kuria is now regretting attending deputy president William Samoei Ruto’s rally in Kiambu county.
Kuria through his official Facebook page, the CCK party leader said that it was unfortunate for the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party to embarrass former governor William Kabogo and according to him, there were plans to embarrass not just kabogo but also him.
“What happened in the Hustler Express caravan in Kiambu today is regrettable. The ugly altercation between Gov Kabogo and Sen Wamatangi is regrettable. I will not apportion blame to any of the 2 gentlemen but I can relate with Gov Kabogo’s pain. For 3 days the UDA leadership has been meeting UDA MP and MCA Candidates to plot how to embarass Gov Kabogo and myself during the tour.” Said Kuria.
Moses Kuria went ahead to claim that even the members of parliament and members of the county assembly allied to him and Kabogo were warned of dire consequences by the UDA fraternity.
Consequently, the controversial legislature made it clear that they will not allow the politics of conmanship and deceit to reign in Kenya Kwanza as he vowed to raise the issue with their Alliance principals.
“MCAs and MPs who associate with us were warned of dire consequences This chicanery is not healthy for our fledgling alliance. It is imperative that we live with not only the letter but also the spirit of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.” He continued
“We will be raising these concerns with our alliance principals as provided for in the Alliance instruments.” Concluded Kuria.
