After being selected by Sakaja to serve on the County Executive Committee (CEC) for Inclusivity, Public Participation, and Customer Service, Suzanne Silantoi Lengewa is once again in the spotlight.

As a candidate for the Nairobi senate seat in the General Election, Suzanne Silantoi Lengewa made news in 2017.

At age 23, Silantoi sought to represent Nairobi citizens in the Senate, but she encountered significant opposition from other candidates, including outgoing Governor Johnson Sakaja.

Ms. Silantoi said she is worth Sh36 million when testifying before the Nairobi County Assembly Select Committee on Appointments on Monday.

According to Ms. Silantoi, her family shares her net wealth, which includes ancestoral lands in Samburu County.

During the interview, Ms. Silantoi stated, “I am a single person from a household with just one sibling.

Sakaja established the Inclusivity, Public Participation, and Customer Service Docket to enhance communication between his administration and the people of Nairobi County, as well as with entrepreneurs and investors.

If the committee approves her for the role, Ms. Silantoi promised to make sure that the customer experience with the county government is enhanced.
