Youth Policy and Governance Specialist at Africa Youth Trust Ruth Ambogo is under fire after claiming that all CASs (Chief Administrative Secretaries) sexually got their jobs.
Ruth Ambogo made these sentiments at Citizen TV during a mid morning interview with news anchor Trevor Ombija.
According to the youthful woman, all the CASs in office are there illegally since they earned these positions because their lovers are either cabinet secretaries or senior people in government.
Thus, Ruth Ambogo even threatened to name these Chief Administrative Secretaries (CASs) since she has credible evidence to back her claim.
“I will be very categorical and tell you that all the CASs who have been appointed to office, this is my last statement. All the CASs who hold offices as of this morning are illegally seating in those offices why? Most of them were appointed as girlfriends of cabinet secretaries, most of them are in clandestine relationships with senior politicians in this country and if you want me to list them i will.” Said Ruth Ambogo.
The woman further took offense with those terming her a mere appointee without proper education background, insisting that she got into her office due to merit.Â
With regards to her education, Ambogo made it clear that she was a student at the prestigious Strathmore University and will soon graduate in December with first class honors.
“You will not hear from me on matters of politics. For a very long time, I have suggested policy changes that have been adopted by the government and no one believes so. These young people seated here are pushing the narrative that I am just but an appointee.
“I am not serving any master. I got to that office by merit. For a very long time, I was denied government appointments because I did not have a degree, now am graduating with a First Class Honours in Law from Strathmore University. The group sat down and peddled lies against me.” She continued.
In the meantime, the bitter exchange between uncontrollable Ruth Ambogo and her fellow panelists forced Trevor Ombija to bring the Daybreak show at Citizen TVÂ to a break.
During the Friday’s show, Trevor had hosted entrepreneur Steve Biko, youth leader Rebeccaa Moraa of Strugglers Movement and Ruth Ambogo to discuss matters touching on youths and governance.
