The Hustler Nation spokesperson Dennis Ole Itumbi has left netizens talking after lodging an attack on Citizen TV.
Through a tweet on Friday night, Itumbi accused the station of not airing any news about Deputy President William Ruto over 30 minutes after the prime time news show commenced.

Responding to the former statehouse director of digital communication, a section of netizens thought that he crying over non issues.
Eric Wainaina wrote, “Itumbi, the answer is very simple, Ruto has been campaigning for the last four years, there is nothing new he will tell us Kama sio ooh kitendawili ooh wanajiongeza vyeo, ooh nilisukuma Uhuru akakuwa president, ooh wananipangia, ooh Wajinga wameisha, ooh BBI itasimama etc.”
A tweeter user by the name Mwangi responded to Itumbi saying that, “Wako na Citizen Tv mko na Mungu…wekeni news zenu huko Shifu Tv.”
“Haha, Mtalia sana na bado. What’s stopping Mr. Ruto from owning a media company?” Kenya Politics Arena told Itumbi.
While Otieno said, “We have been listening to Ruto for the past 9yrs,our eardrums are tired of his monotonous wheelbarrow lies. Citizen Tv wants to focus their energy on something constructive, not Vasco da gama wheelbarrow theory.”

Last month, Ruto allies called upon their supporters to boycott watching Citizen TV after the station aired a story about how a mob in Nyeri hurled stones at DP Ruto.
“I advise the Hustler Nation to desist from watching @citizentvkenya They are taking us back to the dark days of @KANUParty_ke and KADU where biased news was a norm. As Hustlers we can update ourselves using alternative sources like social media. Hata mlika mwizi iko na kazi yake!” Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi said in a tweet.
