President of the Law Society of Kenya, Nelson Havi wants the Health Cabinet Secretary to be removed from his public position and needs everyone’s help to do that.
Havi has called upon the general public to invoke the Article 95(5)(a) of the Constituency asking every other person to let their member of parliament know so that the Health CS Mutahi Kagwe can be removed from office after he was implicated as the mastermind of the Covid-19 funds.
“Let us hold our Members of National Assembly accountable on theft of Covid-19 funds.
List your MP’s name and state as follows: “ Dr Enock Kibunguchi, initiate the removal from office of Health CS Mutahi Kagwe under Article 95 (5) (a) on behalf of the People of Likuyani.” Nelson Havi wrote on Twitter.
