Jubilee vice chairman David Murathe was just a pathetic beggar and a weed smoker according to the Kenyan and Canadian based lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna.
According to Miguna Miguna, Murathe was a crook who reduced his father’s prestigious estates to zero prior to becoming a multi-billionaire after he got deals from stealing public resources.
“In 2007, David Murathe was a total wreck. A bankrupt drunkard and weed-smoking common beggar who had reduced his father’s vast estate to zero. But in less than 10 years, Murathe has become a multi-billionaire from crooked deals and theft of public assets.#AnyoneButKenyatta.” Wrote Miguna Miguna.
The exiled lawyer also took a swipe at a number of leaders amongst them the interior cabinet secretary Dr. Fred Matiang’i, Interior Permanent Secretary Dr. Karanja Kibicho and the Kirinyaga governor Anne waiguru. He described what each of these leaders were earning prior to joining public service as below:
“When @Karanjakibicho was appointed Principal Secretary by despot Uhuru Kenyatta, he was a junior lecturer earning Kshs 50,000 from @uonbi. But in less than 10 years with a salary of Kshs 500,000 per month, he has acquired properties the size of Kisumu City. PROTECTED THIEVES!.” Said Miguna.
“In 2009, @AnneWaiguru was a mid-level civil servant on a 3-year contract, earning Kshs 250,000 per month. She used to wear second-hand clothes from Kikomba, had no vehicle of her own, and lived in a rented flat. Despot Uhuru Kenyatta allowed her to loot billions within one year.” Tweeted miguna.
“When @FredMatiangi was appointed a CS by despot Uhuru Kenyatta, he had one bank account with the Co-operative Bank with a balance of Kshs 5,000, lived in a rented flat, was driving a beat-up @Peugeot 505 and was lean. Today, he is a MULTI-BILLIONAIRE toad with puffed-up cheeks.” He continued.
