Deadly Hyenas Attacking Juja Residents In Kiambu County

If you are a resident of Witeithie In Juja, Kiambu county then you better be cautious as deadly hyenas are roaming the area attacking the residents.

According to a statement by the DCI, the heartless animals are already causing attacks and eating people very early in the morning. Below is the full official statement by the Directorate Of Criminal Investigation regarding the hyena menace:

“The DCI wishes to caution members of the public living in Witeithie area of Juja, Kiambu County of a roaming Cackle of Hyenas that is already causing deadly attacks on the residents.

Whereas a multi-agency team of security personnel drawn from the National Police Service, Kenya Wildlife Service and other local law enforcement agencies has been dispatched to handle the dangerous predators and prevent further attacks on people, we urge locals to remain cautious.

This caution follows a sad incident reported to police at 5am today of a 29-year-old man who was mauled to death by the cackle of about 20 hyenas within Kamuthi area on his way home from Komu quarry. The victim’s counterpart narrowly escaped by the skin of his teeth.
