Veteran Musician Julius Owino aka Juliani decided to show off his ring hours after wedding Machakos governor Alfred Mutua’s ex wife Lillian Ng’ang’a.
Photos seen by Sonko News revealed Juliani in a happy mood with friends as he flaunted his expensive ring. Sources around Juliani revealed to Sonko News that Lillian Ng’ang’a spent to the tune of 480,000 Kenya shillings to purchase the golden wedding ring for her Luo husband.
Apparently, Juliani finally decided to formally marry his long term girlfriend Lillian Ng’ang’a in a private wedding held on Wednesday in Paradise garden in Kiambu, before going to the reception at Runda’s Kentwood Street.
From the photos, Lillian Ng’ang’a was in a dark pink wedding dress while her sweetheart was putting on a white snow T-shirt, an ivory jacket, white sneakers and black pants.
Being a private wedding , only 50 guests were invited including activist Boniface Mwangi and his wife.
“The couple seems to want to keep this out of the media glare and keep away from the subsequent drama it brings. So, I cannot confirm or deny if they got married or not.” Revealed a source.
The source added that the two lovers decided to keep the event private for fear of being victimized by governor Alfred Mutua. Infact, they argued that Mutua being a jealous man could storm the wedding with his goons and stop it completely.
Lillian Ng’ang’a and Juliani have been in a relationship for the longest time now ever since she broke up with the Machakos governor.
According to them, they decided to be together with the musician since they were two adults free to make their own decisions.
“In this photo are two fully conscious adults who have chosen to be together. Any other narrative is false, outdated, and ill-intentioned. Let’s respect people’s choices. Love and let love,” wrote the two love birds.
“I like to call myself a thinker but when I met Juliani it was like I found the last piece of a jigsaw puzzle. His value and mine were aligned. Just the way he looks at life, what he values, what is important to him are the same things that are important to me and that is very rare,” continued Lillian.
Since their separation with Mutua, Photos of Juliani and Lillian had been trending on social media which made Kenyans to speculate that the two were seriously dating.
Prior to being accused, tea master Edgar Obare had recently brought to the public limelight an alleged secret affair between Alfred Mutua’s wife Lillian Ng’ang’a and Juliani.
According to Edgar Obare, Lillian Ng’ang’a and Juliani were spotted getting cozy at The New Rain hotel in Juja, Kiambu county. Obare even shared romantic pictures of the two holding one another with Kenyans wondering why Juliani was being in close contact with someone’s wife.
“Mimi nikona chai…jana I was at this hotel by the name New Rain Kenyatta road juja. I saw Juliani with wife to Alfred Mutua lakini my mans told me “najua wewe ni one of the students wa Edgar Obare so don’t take photos of them, let them be” I didn’t take any photos,” wrote Obare.
As any other relationship, Mutua and Lillian’s love did not miss its fair share of drama while ending, with activist Boniface Mwangi exposing the governor as an evil man who continued to threaten his ex-wife Lillian Nganga.
“Mutua is evil and if he continues to threaten Lillian and Juliani we shall expose him for the hoax he is. Mutua ni mwanaume malaya, and he should mind his own business, if he doesn’t, we shall post EVERYTHING!” Boniface Mwangi tweeted.
In a press conference held together with her lawyer Philip Murgor, Lillian Ng’ang’a accused ex-husband governor Alfred Mutua of harassment and refusing to move on. Apparently, Mr. Mutua of gaining access to her place where he took the vehicle and sold it off.
She disclosed that Alfred Mutua was accompanied by his official bodyguard Martin Nzinghi to her Kileleshwa parking lot and vanished with the car.
“Mutua, accompanied by his police guard, Martin Nzinghi arrived at my apartment parking lot at Kileleshwa, Nairobi, and without my knowledge or consent and using a spare key which he had legally obtained, drove way my personal motor vehicle KBY 186G- a car which had been fully registered in my name since 2014,” read part of Ng’ang’a’s statement.
Juliani’s new wife in town further claimed that governor Mutua illegally transferred the hotel shares they co-owned to his name without her knowledge.
As a result, Lillian Ng’ang’a called upon the Directorate of Public Prosecution boss Noordin Haji and Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai to investigate the matter to its conclusion
