President William Ruto has revealed that he first got a revelation that he would of become Kenya’s President in the year 2006.
At the time, the head of state was attending a revival meeting in the United States.
“The first time I got a revelation that I was going to be president in Kenya was in 2006 during the Asuza 100 celebration of revival in the US and I was there with my wife and Rev. Bishop Adoyo and many others,” Ruto revealed during Benny Hinn’s crusade.
“I couldn’t believe that the son from Sugoi would one day be president of Kenya,” he further said.
At the same time, Ruto went on to say that the country will receive another favour, adding that Kenya will be a great nation in the world.
Citing the drought that was witnessed in 2023, the president said that the prayers that were held at the Nyayo National stadium saw the country receive the best rains in a period of 10 years.
“I have just come from a meeting with the ambassador of the US. She came to tell me that The President of the US has invited the President of Kenya for a state visit, one of a kind. In 20 years, no African President has had a state visit to the US,” he added.
