Ruto Heckled In Narok As Pro Raila Supporters Attempt To Disrupt Rally

William Ruto kicked off his five-day tour of Rift Valley region on a bad note after he met a hostile crowd in Narok town that attempted to disrupt his rally.

Ruto started his tour of Rift Valley by camping in Narok county where he campaigned at various stopovers to sell his bottom-up economic model.

The DP is campaigning in Rift Valley after wrapping up his campaigns in Mt Kenya region where he pitched camped in Mt Kenya East.

Ruto arrived in Narok county on Monday November 22nd to kick start his tour of the vast Rift Valley region.

The DP was flanked with a battery of UDA stalwarts as they went around the county telling residents how they would revive the economy if they capture power.

Ruto has vowed to inject financial boost to micro, small and medium business enterprises as way of breathing hopes to the ailing economy.

The DP was however not accorded a warm reception everywhere he went to preach his wheelbarrownomics.

Rowdy youth in Narok town attempted to disrupt Ruto’s rally as they heckled and shouted down the DP while addressing them.

Raila Odinga chants and ODM slogans filled the air almost forcing the bottom-up economy crusaders to cut their speeches short.

The incident comes barely a week after Ruto and his Tangatanga bridgate were badly heckled while campaigning in Tharaka Nithi county.
