US based Kenyan law professor Makau Mutua is petitioning Canadian authorities to arrest Miguna Miguna who is accused of raping vulnerable asylum seekers.
Mutua, who teaches international human rights, international business transactions and international law at the SUNY Buffalo School of Law, wants Miguna’s rape cases revived.
The law professor was locked in a vicious tweef with Miguna whom he accuses of raping multiple women seeking asylum in Canada.
“Brother @MigunaMiguna don’t think we’ve forgotten about your MULTIPLE rape cases in Toronto, which I hear are being revived,” Makau Mutua tweeted.

The law professor accused Miguna of preying on vulnerable refugee and immigrant women who sought legal advice from him to gain residency in Canada.
“I am finished with @MigunaMiguna — but I am waiting for Toronto courts and the bar to deal with him for charges of rape and sexual coercion on VULNERABLE refugee and immigrant women — some from Kenya — who sought his legal help to gain residency and asylum in Canada. Stay tuned.”

Miguna hit back at Prof Mutua in a series of tweets, he also cheered on his supporters who attacked the SUNY Buffalo lecturer.

We are extremely pleased that you have exposed yourself as a FRAUD, hypocrite and mediocre despotic apologist. I’ll sue you for libel as soon as I return to my office. Save this Tweet! The rape allegations against Miguna Miguna first came to light in 2018 when he was arguing with Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria on Twitter.
Miguna slammed Kuria whom he said had no moral authority to mourn slain Rongo University student Sharon Otieno because he was also a killer.
In a rejoinder, the Gatundu South lawmaker expressed regret in ever dining with Miguna when he knew that he had three rape cases.
