Tensions between Karen Nyamu and wife Edday over Mugithi singer Samidoh had been growing for some time, particularly on social media before they escalated it in Dubai where the Kikuyu crooner was performing.
Nyamu blames the drama on booze in a live broadcast to her Facebook fans.

Infuriated, Edday stood to “defend” her territory, thus starting the altercation.
Karen supposedly lost her temper and attempted to get violent with Samidoh, but security guards at the venue intervened.
