Nairobi Senator, Johnson Sakaja was on Saturday morning arrested and taken to Kilimani Police Station after flaunting curfew regulation.
Reports say Jubilee Senator was arrested together with three other people in Kilimani area drinking during the curfew hours.
The police report says the youthful Senator who is a close ally to President Uhuru Kenyatta became unruly to the police after being ordered to leave the club.
Reports also had it that the Senator later refused to be released on a free bod and threatening to transfer all the police officers at the station within 24 hours
Sakaja has however since been released from police custody.
