A man from Yala in Siaya County, on Wednesday, has allegedly killed his neighbor for accusing him of lacking sexual prowess.
The suspect, George Onyango, is said to have beaten Marvin Onyango to death after he was angered by his victim’s claim that he was bad in bed, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) said.
The deceased is also said to have told the suspect that he could not sexually satisfy his wife leaving other men to help him do so.
“Preliminary investigations reveal that before the incident, the deceased had been mocking the suspect for being a Johnny-come-lately in marrying his wife, after what the deceased described as ‘being assisted by other men!’,” the DCI said in a statement.
“Angered by the heartbreaking slur, the suspect reached for the murder weapon and dealt the suspect a fatal blow, sending him sprawling on the ground,” the DCI added.
The DCI has already launched a manhunt for the suspect who is said to have gone on the run after committing the act.
