Larry Madowo is arguably Kenya’s most accomplished journalist at the moment, he is working for BBC World News and as North America correspondent.
Larry is usually based in Washington D.C but currently he has been deployed to Atlanta, Georgia to cover US election.
The Kenyan journalist is impressive of his own achievement and he couldn’t hide his joy after he was deployed to Georgia to cover the US election.
“In 2016, I watched the US presidential election on TV from my house in Nairobi. In 2020, I’m on BBC TV around the world covering it from the US,” wrote Larry Madowo.
Georgia is one of the battleground states which is still tallying votes, the race between Donald Trump and Joe Biden is tight there though there are indications the former Vice President could carry the state once all votes are counted.
Larry’s coverage of the election in Georgia has impressed so many people that he is currently making waves on Twitter.
