A middle aged lady has come out to express her disappointment in one John Mbarire, the brother to the Runyenjes nominated member of parliament for conning her huge sums of money.
The aggrieved lady by the name Wambui Mercie claimed that John Mbarire introduced her to a conman who masqueraded as a criminal Investigation Department (CID) officer, only to pounce on her
“Am getting calls from certain people begging me to delete the post….ati i will get my cash after 2 weeks….Siwezi toa kwanza naweka kila mahali…JOHN MBARIRE NI CON MAN…BROTHER TO THE RUNYENJES NOMINATED MP…he conned me 7k…introduced me to someone who pretended to be a CID OFFICER…Mtume pesa yangu tumalizane.” Wrote Wambui Mercie on her Facebook handle.
In a bid to demonstrate how serious the issue was, she went to the extent of reporting the matter to the Kasarani police station on 10/11/2021.
